Deviation Actions
After years of absence I revived my second DA account and continued to draw South Park avatars:
So if you are following me here it would be great if you had a look over there as well. I draw all kinds of famous characters from movies, games or tv-shows in the style of "South Park". Back then I decided to have an extra account because there are already about 200 of them and I did not want to flood my gallery. Costumes of the new avatars can also be found on my website SP-Studio.de.

Kinda inactive
Hey...
still remember me? I hate how this turned out but I did not log in for a very long time. Sorry. :( In the two years since I last visited my DA gallery a lot has happened. But I don't want to write a long journal entry now. Just two important things:
1. If you ever want to contact me please write an e-mail (webmaster@planearium.de). When I came back I found a couple of DA messages I did not know about and I feel bad about not replying in time.
2. I started to delete inactive accounts I was following because my list is very chaotic. If you notice that I deleted you this is nothing personal - I just thought you were not using DA anymor
What happened in 2015...
I always come back, even if it takes a year ;). And this time I have some news to share about my private life.
Last summer we moved to a new apartment where I have my own room to work in. It's still near Frankfurt / Germany where we lived for 10 years, but in a smaller town. We wanted a quiet area with more nature and less stress. But the big city is still quick to reach, so this is a good compromise.
After moving here we realized the bigger apartment and beautiful parks are the perfect place for a dog. So we visited a local animal shelter and fell in love with Aaron, a small German sheperd (who knows? who cares?) mix. He made very bad expe
The Monster of Loch NES @ Threadless
Remember The Monster of Loch NES? It was one of my most popular deviations so far, so I decided to submit it to Threadless.com:
https://www.threadless.com/designs/monster-of-loch-nes
If you think it fits their shirt collection you can vote for it or leave a comment. It's up for scoring for 10 days and then the Threadless staff decides if it's worth printing. I know my chances are low, because there are tons of talented artists who compete, but I wanted to give it a try anyway :).
Support the SP-Studio at Patreon
If you like my drawings and especially my website http://www.sp-studio.de please have a look at my new Patreon page:
https://www.patreon.com/janinahimmen
At Patreon.com you can support artists and creators with small monthly pledges. Even a Dollar can make a difference - and of course you can cancel it any time. I started this crowdfunding campaign in order to be able to continue to provide regular updates and more content for SP-Studio.de. Asking for money is not easy for me, but Patreon is a fair concept, because you support people who already create content you enjoy. So you know what you get. And there even are rewards!
